At Service Works London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workwear-inspired garments. We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items provided they are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items back into their original shipping bag or a suitable alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
